RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At SIKAR by Grenash, every piece is selected and prepared with intention. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to issue a refund to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES ONLY

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, stains, odors, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, an exchange may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SALE & LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS

All sale, promotional, limited-edition, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for the exchange or replacement.
